Sunday Soup - 17 February
London-based artist Shane Waltener visited us for the weekend to kick off the first Sunday Soup with a workshop in making sweet graffiti. Platform21’s walls are now covered in a mixture of icing sugar, lemon juice, egg white and loads of candy.
It’s easy: you don’t like the result? Break off, eat it and start again. You can still add your own tag; all the necessities for making the graffiti are available in the space. Or do it at home with the instructable you find on this website.
Shane took to the center of Amsterdam with graffiti artists IVES.one and KoolKoos to create some edible street art. You can see the results in the Mosterdpotsteeg, the alley next to sneaker hotspot Patta on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.
