Some 100 families from 24 countries are photographed with the food they eat in the course of one week. Juxtaposed images highlight cultural differences, offering a politically- and socially-conscious perspective on a range of issues that raise global concerns, many of which remain unresolved. Exhibition in collaboration with Solares and Grazia Neri agency (Italy) (+)

An independent photographer aged 32, Stéphanie Lacombe has won a slate of awards, including the Special Jury Prize from the Lagardère Foundation in 2006. By observing the ordinary, she reveals the extraordinary in her images of everyday life in an intimate family environment, in a country in which the family meal remains sacred. (+)

This exhibition showcases responses from children’s authors and illustrators to questions like "How do you boil yourself an egg?” (an expression meaning “go fly a kite”), “How do you pedal in couscous?” (meaning “get nowhere fast”) or “How do you put the icing on the cake?”. A comic book ambiance will appeal to young and old alike ! (+)
