The evening will open with a highly original buffet meal that gives free rein to performances by international artists :
Dorothée Selz will present
«Offrandes»,
an installation of “offerings” of coloured breads created in collaboration with
Gérard Bodi, a baker specializing in “Croustilot”, France’s only bread free of chemical additives. (

Emmanuelle Becquemin and
Stéphanie Sagot from the art collective
La Cellule will present “
Glory Holes”, a strikingly disarming way of serving buffet food that employs ten serving arms without faces… (

Laurent Moriceau will exhibit “
Le vin des minutes”, in which the concept of taste is studied using a wine dispenser… containing ice cubes! A singular work that reveals flavours and aromas in constant motion.

These artists will cross paths with chefs from the
Bonnes Tables du Lot association, who will treat our eyes and taste buds to a highly personal artistic interpretation of local delicacies.

Wine growers from the Union Interprofessionnelle des vins de Cahors (Cahors Interprofessional Wine Association) will also introduce us to their
black wine. (

This inaugural evening will be punctuated by spectacular guest appearances :

Bistrot” by the
Olof Zitoun Company, a visual performance featuring a “spirited” juggling act with a bistro theme. (

Apples Concert”, a symphony of crisp and crunchable apples by the Dutch artist
Ivan Kadelburg, adding an audio dimension to the show’s taste and smell sensations. (

The female trio
Délicieuse Vinaigrette, accompanied by their double bass player. They’re funny, appealing and their singing skills are guaranteed to gratify the appetite of all present ! (
